As part of an ambitious project to expand the existing residential settlement of Rastočine, the construction of an innovative microcenter is planned to further enrich this urban community. This project creates a dynamic space that integrates various functionalities, providing residents with all the necessary amenities at their fingertips.
The central part of the microcenter will consist of 4 high-rise residential buildings, each with up to 13 or 15 floors, offering a total of 280+ modernly designed apartments. This vertical aspect of the project allows for optimal use of space, creating an urban oasis within the existing settlement.
In addition to residential buildings, it will also feature retail spaces of a broader local character. These amenities include grocery stores, pharmacies, bank branches, post offices, fitness centers, and similar services. This diverse range enables residents to meet their daily needs without the need for long journeys.
All facilities will be connected through common underground levels at -3, where garages and storage areas will be located. This practical connectivity will facilitate access and organization of space, creating a functional and compact urban area.
The public-pedestrian space within the microcenter will be enriched with green areas, creating a pleasant environment for residents. Access roads will further improve connectivity with surrounding parts of the settlement, making it not only functional but also an aesthetically appealing space for living and socializing. This innovative project will contribute to the development of the local community, creating a modern urban environment that meets the needs and expectations of all its residents.
